Sarita Talusani

As an art teacher at St. Mark's Episcopal School in Houston, Sarita designs and delivers instruction to students grades K-8. Her career goals are to be part of the educational team at a museum or art space, charter new art opportunities for local underprivileged youth, and offer additional community outreach programs. "I intend to build meaningful relationships with schools and provide a forum for students to embrace art. As a Marcus Fellowship recipient, I would be closer to achieving my goals as an art specialist and educator"
