Getty Education Institute for the Arts, Disciplined-Based Art Education Project (DBAE)

From 1990 to 1996, the Institute, along with five other Institutes throughout the country worked with the Getty Education Institute for the Arts, a program of the J. Paul Getty Trust, to provide staff development in Discipline-Based Art Education (DBAE) for teachers, administrators and museum personnel and technical assistance for implementing a DBAE curriculum in the schools.
